Innalogics performs activities in the field of embedded systems for space applications, developing solutions aiming the automation and/or the improvement of a process or service. The company combines state-of-the-art software and hardware co-design strategies to produce on-board computers of satellites, with special emphasis on CCSDS/ECSS protocols for communication systems. Considering the critical requirements of the target applications, Innalogics provides also products and services for the verification and validation stages of your space mission.
The company was created in 2004 as a spin-off of the Embedded Systems Group from PUCRS, Brazil. From 2004 to 2010, Innalogics was located at PUCRS Technological Park (TecnoPUC), in Porto Alegre. In 2010 Innalogics moved to Florianópolis, and in 2016 it started its business operations in Montpellier, France. The company works in close partnership with research institutions as, for instance, INPE and UFSC in Brazil, and LIRMM in France. The cooperation with these research institutions is accomplished by the company’s founder and former CEO, Prof. Eduardo Bezerra, who is a professor at UFSC, and a long term visiting researcher at LIRMM/Université de Montpellier.
In the public sector, Innalogics is a supplier of embedded systems for the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). The company provides telecommand and telemetry systems for INPE’s on-board computers, developed in the VHDL language and using radiation-hardened FPGAs. In order to cope with the strict requirements of such critical applications, the company team has the expertise and the knowledge in international recommendations and standards as, for instance, DO-254, CCSDS, and ECSS. The development team follows design standards for reliability improvement, generating also detailed technical documentation. The company makes use of modern and disruptive technologies to build dedicated and innovative products.
